Kohima: With 13 more persons testing positive for COVID-19 on Thursday evening, the state’s tally for confirmed cases has spiked to 673. Nagaland health minister S pangnyu Phom informed that all 13 cases were detected from Peren quarantine centre.
As reported, three persons from Phek district earlier tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday morning. Taking another 13 new cases, a total of 16 persons tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday.
Out of 673 total cases for COVID-19, the number of active cases increased to 369 out of which 368 are asymptomatic cases and one is a moderate case. With no new recovered cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, the recovery rate of COVID-19 in the state is now 45%.
