    • Identify and onboard clients, partners, and advertisers.
    • Represent the company at events and meetings, delivering impactful presentations.
  2. Marketing and Digital Growth:
    • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.
    • Draft compelling proposals and marketing materials aligned with business objectives.
    • Explore and optimize digital revenue streams, including ad revenue and subscriptions.
  3. Team and Operations Management:
    • Manage a team of marketing and sales professionals to achieve targets.
    • Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless project execution.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic insights for growth.
  4. Project Management:
    • Manage projects within stipulated deadlines.
    • Manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • Hiring remote teams during specific projects.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business operations, with startup experience being a plus.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, proposal drafting, and presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Open to travel and representing the company at events and meetings.
