Guwahati: The Indian Army, in collaboration with the Assam Rifles, conducted a successful joint operation in the Bongbal Khullen area of Imphal East district, Manipur.
The operation was launched based on specific intelligence about the presence of arms and ammunition, an official said.
The operation, carried out on Friday, resulted in the seizure of a significant cache of weapons.
