Guwahati: As the whole world came to a standstill due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic so did cricketing action across the globe.

Now, as cricket is resuming gradually with teams getting into action, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has issued a detailed guideline to the state cricketing bodies for the resumption of domestic cricket in the country.

The 100-page guideline, prepared by BCCI’s medical team has asked the state associations to appoint a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) who will lead the medical staff of the teams and will look into the maintenance and proper implementation of the bio-safety guidelines during training camps and matches.
