Nagaland University scholar wins award at international conference

Kohima: Limasenla Longkumer, a Research Scholar from the Department of Chemistry at Nagaland University, has been awarded the 1st runner-up prize for her oral presentation at the international conference RAFAS organized by Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, India. The conference took place from April 19 to April 20, 2024.

Professor Ambrish Singh, Limasenla’s supervisor at the Department of Chemistry, expressed his pride in her achievement, noting that she competed against students from five different countries to secure this honour.

Five research scholars from Nagaland University’s Department of Chemistry participated in the conference, engaging with eminent professors, scientists, and industrialists from various parts of the world.
