Aizawl: In a spirited display of civic engagement, 103 cyclists converged on Saturday to promote voter participation in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Mizoram.
Organized under the theme “I RIDE and VOTE for sure,” the cycle rally was a collaborative effort between the Chief Electoral Officer of Mizoram and the Mizoram Cycling Association (MiCA), aimed at raising awareness and inspiring citizens to exercise their voting rights.
Led by Chief Electoral Officer Madhup Vyas, the rally witnessed enthusiastic participation from cyclists of all ages, including the youngest participant, 10-year-old Samuel, and the oldest, 55-year-old rider Dr. Malsawmkima.
