Imphal: Several oil tankers were attacked by unidentified armed individuals along National Highway 37 in Manipur’s Tamenglong district on Tuesday morning, resulting in damage to at least four vehicles and injuring one driver.
Sources told EastMojo that miscreants fired at the oil tankers at around 9 AM at Tolen Kuki near Kaimai under Tamenglong district, approximately 160 km from Imphal and 60 km from Jiribam.
Among the vehicles targeted were three oil tankers and a truck carrying LPG en route to Imphal from Jiribam.
