Ukhrul: Two women were killed, and five people were injured in a road incident on Monday morning in Ukhrul district of Manipur.
As per sources, the incident happened at around 9 am when a passenger vehicle with six passengers and a driver on board met with an accident between Halang and Talui junction area. The reason behind the accident is said to be the congested road and a potential brake failure.
The passenger vehicle was plying from Peh Village to Ukhrul district headquarters.
