Kim Kardashian and Kanye West separated, could file for divorce
Reality TV star Kim Kardashian West has reportedly separated from rapper, record producer, and fashion designer Kanye West. The couple has decided to part ways, but are yet to file for a divorce.
The duo tied the knot in 2014 and have four kids together - North (7), Saint (5), Chicago (2) and Psalm (20 months).
The couple hasn't divorced yet because, despite the state of their marriage, the couple is in counselling and trying to see if they can save their marriage.
Kim's family is supporting her in whatever decision she and West make. Her mother and sisters have seen Kim struggle over the last year, and want them to be happy, said a source.
The couple has not lived as a married couple for months. However, they want to do what is best for their children.
Earlier last year, Kanye declared that he would run for presidential elections and revealed details about his personal life on Twitter.
Kardashian had asked for compassion from people at the time as it was believed that the rapper was struggling with bipolar disorder then.
Subsequently, in September, another series of tweets from Kanye appeared to have landed their marriage in trouble.
As quoted by a source to People.com, by the year's end, the couple "very much live separate lives."
