“The youths are unemployed, a farmer is committing suicide every 28 minutes across the country. The union budget did not mention anything for the unemployed youths but they are worried about the minorities of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. The ST, SC are getting weaker but they center is not worried about the fact,” Chaudhury said.
He also said that even the foreign parliaments are criticizing the Indian government’s policy. The people living in Australia, New Zealand, Chicago, USA, UK and cities like New York, Paris are also protesting openly against the CAA.
“The CAA itself is communal and the move will only divide people. The faith of the people on a secular constitution,” Chaudhury added.
Speaking further, Chaudhury also took a dig over the Indigenous People’s Front of Tripura for making promises Tipraland- a separate state but failed to even raise a single question in the state assembly.
