Taking a strong stand against the Manipur government’s ‘no-work-no-pay’ diktat for its one-lakh-strong workforce, the Indigenous Tribal Leaders’ Forum (ITLF) on Tuesday said that the order was “unrealistic, insensitive, and malafide in intent”.
