The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of Assam Police on Tuesday filed a chargesheet against former Darrang superintendent of police (SP) Raj Mohan Ray, additional superintendent of police (ASP) Rupam Phukan, officer-in-charge of Darrang police sub-station Utpal Borah, in connection with the case of rape and murder of a 13-year-old in Darrang district last year.
