Shella (Meghalaya): Balajied Kupar Synrem of United Democratic Party wins the Shella by-elections with a margin of over 6,221 votes.

Khonsa West (Arunachal Pradesh): Independent candidate Chakat Aboh, wife of slain MLA Tirong Aboh emerged victorious for the Khonsa West seat. She got 5,614 votes while Azet Homtok, another independent candidate managed 3,785 votes

Poklok-Kamrang (Sikkim): Sikkim Krantikari Morcha leader and CM PS Golay wins the constituency by a huge margin (10,585 votes) against his nearest competitor Moses Rai of Sikkim Democratic Front (1,858 votes).

Martam-Rumtek (Sikkim): Sonam Tsh Venchungpa of BJP wins by a huge margin (8,204 votes). He defeated his closest competitor Nuk Tshering Bhutia of Sikkim Democratic Front (2,054 votes).

Jania (Assam): Rafiqul Islam of All India United Democratic Front is now leading by 6,491 votes, followed by Shamsul Hoque of Congress (4,963 votes) and Towfiqur Rahman of BJP (4,472 votes).
