OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9 are getting a new OxygenOS update with some camera, network, and system improvements. OnePlus, announced it through a post on its Community Forum.
The OxygenOS 220.127.116.11 update is currently rolling out in India and will reach Europe and North America soon. As usual, OnePlus will roll out the update in a phased manner. OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9 were launched in March this year with Android 11 out-of-the-box. The update comes a month after the two phones received OxygenOS 18.104.22.168. Both the smartphones feature near-identical specifications and are powered by a Snapdragon 888 SoC, paired with up to 12GB of RAM.

In terms of features, the two models are getting improved charging, HDR effect in some shooting scenes, and more. It also fixes known issues such as lagging of the keyboard. The update brings improved charging experience, optimised power consumption, fixes for known issues, and improved stability as well as network performance.
Camera improvements include optimised noise reduction and sharpening effect of the rear camera, improved focusing experience along with brightness constancy in indoor scenes, and improved accuracy of auto white balance of the rear camera.
The latest updates have firmware versions 22.214.171.124.LE15DA and 126.96.36.199.LE25DA in India, respectively. Earlier this month, OnePlus updated both these smartphones with OxygenOS 188.8.131.52 that also brought along camera, network, and system improvements. The update was bundled with the May 2021 Android security patch.
Both phones come with a 120Hz display and Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, under the hood. The vanilla model comes with triple rear cameras, and the Pro variant has a quad rear camera system. The OnePlus 9 price in India starts at Rs 49,999, while the OnePlus 9 Pro price starts at Rs 64,999.
