The soulful rendition of the song was sung by two popular folk artists from Ladakh- Padma Dolkar and Stanzin Norgais

The iconic hit from the 1997 film Border, Sandese Aate Hain, is taking social media by storm. The reason: the beautiful cover sung by two popular Ladakhi folk artistes Padma Dolkar and Stanzin Norgais.

The song begins with Norgais singing to the tunes all while playing the guitar in his hand. The singer is accompanied by Dolkar who joins in, harmonising beautifully. Even the video is quite alluring as it is shot with the picturesque mountain ranges of Ladakh in the backdrop with prayer wings fluttering in the air setting the mood.

The cover of the song Sandese Aate Hain was shot by the two Ladakhi folk artists as a tribute to soldiers on Army Day.
