The Indian Premier League 2020 has reached its business end with just two more matches to go in the league stages of the tournament. The race to the Playoffs is still wide open, with only Mumbai Indians qualifying and sitting comfortably at the top with 18 points, and rest all the three spots still up for the grab.

The emphatic 60-run win by the Kolkata Knight Riders on Sunday has significantly increased their chances of qualification by pushing their Net Run Rate(NRR) close to that of Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Capitals, who are placed at the second and third position respectively.

It means the match between Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore on Monday and the contest between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians on Tuesday becomes all the more important as both these games will play a decisive role in the Playoffs’ spots.
