In a bid to promote the work of young and talented filmmakers, Atvi Studios, a unit of Atvi Infotainment has launched the first Atvi Indie Talent Grant, 2020 for aspiring those aspiring to see their scripts in motion pictures.
Maximum three scripts under the topics: stories or experiences from Northeast India; inspirational stories and experiences; and open house, will be chosen through a process and be eligible for funding of Rs 1 lakh.
Entries are being invited from August 27 to September 9.
The grant aims to aid independent filmmakers by providing them with mentorship and financial support in producing an original film.
Aspirants will have to submit the synopsis of their script for a film which is under 30 minutes in duration. The owner or author must submit the script, and the material must be an original, previously unpublished one.
Selected persons will be under the mentor from renowned persons of the industry who will guide them through the production process. Also, there is no submission fee.
