Guwahati: The COVID-19 pandemic has brought out a lot of things that we were missing out on — for instance, the need keep oneself fit, both mentally and physically. Now, the police department in upper Assam’s Dibrugarh district is reiterating that fact by giving some fitness tips to inmates of a quarantine centre. A video of one such fitness session is winning hearts on Twitter.
