Shillong: One more person tested coronavirus positive on Thursday, taking Meghalaya’s tally of COVID-19 cases to 21.
Meghalaya chief minister Conrad K Sangma tweeted, “Another person who had travelled from Haryana has turned out positive. Person is in Tura and under quarantine. Total cases: 21, Recovered: 12, deceased:1, active cases: 8.”

As of May 27, the total samples tested is 6550. 6138 samples have tested negative.
Earlier, 5 positive cases were reported from Shillong on Tuesday evening.
