The Union ministry of railways, in consultation with the Union ministry of health & family welfare and ministry of home affairs, has decided to partially restore train services from June 1, 2020.

The total number of coronavirus cases in India reached 112,359 on Thursday (May 21), as of 8 am, with the death toll standing at 3,435.
According to the latest updates provided by the Union health ministry, there are 63,624 active cases with 3,435 deaths so far in the country. As many as 45,299 patients have been cured or discharged and one has migrated.
