Guwahati: In a unique initiative to help the needy during national lockdown amid coronavirus pandemic, some students from Tezpur in Assam, under the banner of Nabaprajanma Foundation, is organising an online charity art competition.
The novel factor of the contest is that the participation fees generated from it is being used to buy essential commodities, which are then distributed among the needy people of the district.
