Nazira: Amid ongoing protests against Citizen (Amendment) Act (CAA), locals in collaboration with the Scheduled Caste (SC) Students’ Association in Nazira organised a boat race as part of Magh Bihu celebrations in Assam’s Sivasagar district on Friday. People in large numbers gathered at the site of the boat race and wholeheartedly participated in the traditional event.
