Aizawl: Aizawl Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of 23 Sector Assam Rifles/ Inspector General of Assam Rifles (East) organised various events for the youth of National Integration Camp at Battalion Headquarter, Aizawl on November 25- 26, 2019.

The camp was organised by Mizoram-based Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan for 200 students from 12 states at Aizawl. As part of the inaugural function of the camp on November 25 19, Col Viplav Tripathi, Commandent interacted with the students and encouraged them to join armed forces.

The battalion organised a weapon display programme

On November 26, the battalion organised Weapon Display, namely to Quarter Guard and Screening of Motivational Movie.

The weapon display was organised with an aim to increase awareness among students and to motivate the young minds to join the folds of the Indian Armed Forces.

The students were also shown the historical Quarter Guard followed by a screening of motivational movie for the students.
