YLC is an annual conclave where young change-makers and leaders share their ideas and experiences in order to visualise where they would like to see Northeast vis-à-vis India in the future, plan a roadmap, and strategise on interventions at the grassroots and policy level.

The initiative brings together young leaders from the region and rest of the country, and also engages policy makers, strategists, entrepreneurs, professionals, members of academia, and students to join the development discourse.
