Guwahati: NH7 Weekender, India’s largest multi-genre musical festival, is coming back to the hill state of Meghalaya for the fifth time on November 1 and 2.
The music festival, in its 10th edition, is likely to be held somewhere in Jaintia Hills, like its previous editions, though no official confirmation has been given so far.
Also, celebrations will back to the home city of the Weekender — Pune — from November 29 to December 1.
According to a press release, the pre-sale is expected to go live early next month, with special prices for those under 21.
In a post on Facebook, the organisers said, “It’s here. It’s time. The happiest music festival is back for year 10, for yet another year of music, joy and good vibes. Pick a city (or better yet pick both) and start planning. Tickets will be out soon, so stay tuned.”
Since its inception by OML 10 years ago, the ‘happiest music festival’ has featured over 600 artistes from India and around the world, across a variety of genres, to over 5,00,000 fans.
The festival has evolved to become one of the country’s most beloved musical weekends where thousands of fans and discerning music lovers converge for an unforgettable experience.
