Guwahati: Fbb Femina Miss India 2019, the country’s coveted beauty pageant, has picked out its eight ladies from each of the Northeastern states for the Miss India 2019.
Just to brush up on your glamour quotient, here are the eight finalists: Roshni Dada from Arunachal Pradesh, Jyotishmita Baruah from Assam, Urmila Shagolsem from Manipur, Sangeeta Das from Meghalaya (also the Fbb Campus Princess winner), Lalnunthari Rualhleng from Mizoram, Marina Kiho from Nagaland, Sang Doma Tamang from Sikkim, and Jayanti Reang from Tripura. They will be crowned in Kolkata on April 23.
The fight for the ultimate Miss India crown will take place in Mumbai on June 15, where the victors from the region will represent their respective states.
The selection round took place in March at the Fbb store at VK Trade Centre, Guwahati. The event was judged by Mr World 2016 Rohit Khandelwal; fashion designer Nandini Barua, Miss India Mizoram 2018 Lily Darnei, Miss India Assam 2018 Sunaina Kamath, and Miss India Meghalaya 2018 Mary Kmenlang Khyreim.
