The RKA has already prepared the study material on cow science. The Chairman added that the exam would infuse curiosity about cows and make people aware of the unexplored potential and business opportunities a cow can offer, "even after it stops giving milk."

Kathiria informed journalists that the 100 questions will be objective-type and that the syllabus will be recommended on the website if RKA. The exam will be held online, in 12 regional languages apart from Hindi and English. Candidates also need not wait for the results as it will be declared immediately with certificates to all and prizes for meritorious candidates.

RKA was set up in February 2019 and is under the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying. The main aim of the Aayog is the "conservation, protection and development of cows and their progeny."
