Model Dimple Paul alleges Bollywood filmmaker Sajid Khan of sexually harassing her in a series of Instagram posts on Thursday.

Accusing Khan, Dimple Paul wrote on her Instagram post stating that before freedom of speech vanishes from the country she had speak up. She also mentioned that she could not speak about it before as she was thinking about her family.

She alleges Khan of harassing her when she wasn't even an adult, "When #MeToo movement started, a lot of people spoke about Sajid Khan but I did not dare to because like every other actor who has no godfather and had to earn for a family I kept quiet. Now I don't have my parents with me. I'm earning for myself. I can dare to tell that I have been harassed by Sajid Khan at the age of 17."

Describing her appalling experience she wrote on the social media platform that Sajid had allegedly tried to touch her, spoke 'dirty' to her and even told her to strip in front of him in exchange for a role in the movie Housefull.

She went on to say that the director must have done this to many other girls and now she has realised that it's high time to speak on it.

Paul demanded that the accuser must be out behind bars for manipulating with her and added that she was wrong for not coming out about it sooner.

As soon as her post started getting traction on the internet, twitterati started to trend #ArrestSajidKhan. Many have started demanding for the arrest of the filmmaker for his alleged misconduct. "The girl was not even an adult when this happened. Sajid Khan should be arrested." wrote one twitter user.

This is not the first time that Sajid Khan had been accused of sexual harassment. In 2018 he was implicated in sexual harassment allegations in as many as four separate #MeToo accounts by actresses Aahana Kumra, Saloni Chopra and Rachel White and journalist Karishma Upadhyay.
