In a recent video that went viral showed a woman halting her car mid-road to stop her husband who was allegedly having an affair with another woman

Mumbai: In a bizarre act of couple spat, which was caught on camera, resulted in the blockage of traffic on Peddar Road, Mumbai on the evening of July 11.

According to reports, at around 5 pm a man in his 30s was in a black vehicle (a Range Rover) with a woman. A white car was tailing it from behind which turned out to be the man’s wife. She overtook the black vehicle and then proceeded to intercept the vehicle.

The woman allegedly suspected her husband was having an affair due to which she “obstructed traffic” by confronting him and the other woman on the busy road. The women can even be seen getting atop the bonnet of the Range Rover and hit the windshield with her footwear in the now-viral video.

The woman can even be seen attempting to get the other woman out of the passenger seat by banging and pulling the window glass. When the man finally came out, she even kicked him and then got inside the car and allegedly spat on the co-passenger.

The traffic policemen on duty can be seen trying to reason with the woman and also maintaining the normal flow of the traffic. They then proceeded to take the three people and the two vehicles to Gamdevi police station. Although no criminal case was registered, the traffic police issued a challan to the woman as she abandoned her car in the middle of the road which resulted in a traffic jam.
