Kohima: The Nagaland government has said that the guidelines to implement the Register of Indigenous Inhabitants of Nagaland (RIIN), a localised version of the National Register of Citizens (NRC) being updated in neighbouring Assam would be framed only after consultation with civil society groups and traditional tribal bodies.
