In a move to aid musicians amidst the COVID-19 crisis, music lounge Urban Mantra in collaboration with Madmax Entertainment has come up with an all new concept, “Rekindle” in association with the art community platform Skillbox. They are all set to host online featuring Nilotpal Bora.
“Rekindle,” is a joint initiative to bring live music back to the mix during this era of gloom and despair. On October 10, Urban Mantra will host 100 people following all the safety guidelines with the sole purpose to promote artists who have been struggling to make ends meet in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
Incorporating My Plugin, a web portal that primarily focuses on artiste promotion as the associate partner, “Rekindle” will feature noted singer and composer Nilotpal Bora who will be performing live with his band. Along with the live audience, people from all over the globe will be able to enjoy the concert online from the comfort of their homes.

Headlining the event, Nilotpal Bora is all set and excited to once again hum his tunes in front of a live audience. “I haven’t performed since March, been at home all this while after the lockdown was announced,” said the singer while speaking to VibesMojo. “I’m really excited to sing once again in front of a live audience and really looking forward to it,” he added.

Animesh Gogoi, founder of MadMax Entertainment, has said this would be the first attempt at such an event from the region and every effort is being made to keep the audience entertained. “Rekindle will also bring the feel of a live concert to every household who would be joining us online. This would be a unique experience for all of us and we hope everyone would enjoy it,” he further stated.
Stressing on the need of promoting artists during these challenging times, Nilotpal Bora has urged the support of all music-lovers to contribute to the cause and help uplift the industry which has been facing roadblocks since the outbreak of the coronavirus. He believes the initiatives such as “Rekindle” can pave the way for many opportunities in this sector.
