Khaddum-Shympe Falls is located in East Jaintia hills. It is tucked up in the hills of Saipung town and has recently become known to many of the locals in the state. The place has many things to offer: not just the beautiful number of strips of the waterfall but also a magical cave for swimming.

Tyrshi Falls is also another hidden gem that is slowly picking up tourists attraction. It is located alongside the Jowai-Shillong road. Tyrshi falls beauty is added with the lush green paddy fields seen from a distance.

If it is your first time to Meghalaya then don’t forget to visit these known places which you definitely don’t want to miss out. Laitlum canyons located in East Khasi Hills District, it is a visual treat, and the cold breeze at this canyon can be no less than the ones you’ve witnessed at Rohtang Pass. Other places are also like the most famous double-decker bridge at Nongriat and don’t miss out Rainbow falls which is ahead of Nongriat.
