The ‘macchi’ momo
Momo embraces all. And this place, Chimney Sizzlers, packs the flavour of the sea in their dumplings. It is quite a tough one to find fish and prawn. And theirs are to kill. The place looks a little dull but don’t go by looks here.
The healthy kind
Who says they aren’t healthy? But if you’re looking like the extreme healthy sort, these whole wheat momos at JJI Exile Brothers Mamas Kitchen, McLeodGanj will give you everything you want. The potato and the spinach momos are something else altogether.
The kothe momos
Yeti, The Himalayan Kitchen in New Delhi puts together bits of Tibetan, Nepalese, Bhutanese and Northeast Indian dishes. They do their classic momos like they’re done in Tibet. They steam their momos and then fry them on one side in a pan. They also have small momos served with a sesame-peanut sauce.
