Directed by Andres Muschietti, IT: Chapter 1 and IT: Chapter Two is originally extracted from Stephen King’s horror novel with the same name. IT was a mini series that was released in 1990 which did not perform very well but the movies released in 2017 and 2019 were blockbuster hits. IT, the diabolical evil that appears as ‘Pennywise’, the clown, has awakened once again to terrorise the ‘Losers Club’. Watch this movie for all things scary and creepy this halloween. 4. Hotel Transylvania
Hotel Transylvania, an animated movie about monsters and draculla, is not really a horror movie unless you are really young. However, this movie is a must-watch during halloween weekend as it entertains you with its hip monsters, a draculla dad and his draculla daughter who falls in fall with a human. This is basically a family dramedy spiced up with monsters and dracula hideouts. So if you are tired of the same old classic horror scripts then this movie may be a good break.

5. Quiet Place (Part I and Part II)
John Krasinski’s ‘A Quiet Place’ redefined how silence can be most terrifying. The series, which has released two movies so far, is a nerve-wrecking thriller.
