Its that time of the year guys. Get ready to soak in some spring fun as St Joseph’s College Jakhama gears up for its annual ‘Spring Fest’ to be held on March 6 and 7.

The theme of this year’s festival is “My culture, my heritage” and the college of St. Joseph’s College Jakhama has always tried to uphold their traditional customs while organising the Spring Fest. This year too with activities like Naga wrestling, bamboo pole climbing, traditional bamboo walk, traditional go-cart race, etc. lined up, the organisers are maintaining their tradition of showcasing their age old art and culture.

However, to say that the festival upholds only the traditional roots would be selling it short. This is only a part of what the festival would offer. Lets not give away much and spoil the fun. ‘Spring Fest 2019′ St. Joseph’s College Jakhama of had special appearances by Polar Lights, Table 3, M-Dox to name a few. So just hang on there, you will find out on March 6, the special guests who will enthrall you this time at the 7th Spring Fest of St. Joseph’s College Jakhama. 

The festival of Spring fest of St. Joseph’s College Jakhama is not all about merriment and music. It would also provide opportunities to help students in confidence building, personality building and building self-esteem. Events at the Fest has been designed in a manner which would help them hone their skills and talents and unravel their hidden talents and potential. “This fest will bestow students with an unforgettable learning experience as the ‘7th Spring Fest’ of St. Joseph’s College Jakhama would offer a whole gamut of events and experts from the field of art & culture, music bands, traditional sports, fashion, and humanities,” said one of the organisers of St. Joseph’s College Jakhama.
