The fourth day of the ongoing North East Futsal League currently being organised at the Karambir Nabin Chandra Bordoloi Indoor Stadium in Sarusajai, Guwahati saw Assam Titans locking horns with Meghalaya Thunders; Apunba Manipur facing off Nagaland Super 5 and Mizo Falcons playing against Meghalaya Thunders on Wednesday.
In the first match, Assam Titans still remains undefeated and won 1-0 against Meghalaya Thunders. Aklanta Basumatary was the lone goal scorer for the entire match.
In the second match, Apunba Manipur won against Nagaland Super 5 3-1. Scorers for Manipur were Md Yasir, who scored two goals, and Md Shah Jahan with one. Patricia was the lone scorer for Nagaland.
In the other match, Mizo Falcons won against Arunachal Highlanders with a 2-1 point difference.
On Thursday, two undefeated teams Mizo Falcons and Assam Titans with each scoring 5 goals in a single match, will face each other at 4 pm. This will be followed by matches between Arunachal Highlanders and Apunba Manipur at 5 pm and Meghalaya Thunders and Nagaland Super 5 at 6 pm.
