Exemptions during the curfew period

Essential and emergency services are outside the ambit of the corona curfew. Shops dealing in essential goods, like groceries, fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, and fish can operate from 5 AM till 6 PM. However, shopping complexes and malls would not be allowed the exemption.

Movement of inter-state bus services would remain open for the time being, but buses and light motor vehicles coming from other districts would not be allowed to enter the AMC except for emergency needs.

Petroleum products, loading and unloading of goods for transport would continue unhindered; buses, light vehicles, auto-rickshaws and rickshaws would be free to move, but only for ‘essential and emergency’ needs.

Government offices with non-essential services would work with a skeleton staff and engage employees on a roster basis prepared by concerned offices.
