Minutes after Union home minister Amit Shah said he tested positive for COVID-19, Uttar Pradesh BJP chief Swatantra Dev Singh also said he has tested positive for coronavirus.

An update from Arunachal IPR says: "ICR will unlock tomorrow at 5 AM. All business establishments including shops will open from 8AM to 5PM. Shops on NH from Banderdewa to Hollongi will open on alternate days, except Pharmacies & Health Facilities. Sunday shall be complete shutdown."
"All Govt Offices outside containment zone will function normally. Restaurants will be open for Home Deliveries from 9AM to 9PM. Shopkeepers,Delivery persons,Home service providers like plumber etc, who come in close contact with public, shall be tested at random for Covid19," it added.
