32 persons from Peren and one each from Kohima and Dimapur test positive for COVID-19 in Nagaland; state tally touches 535
Kohima: With 34 more persons testing positive for COVID-19 on Thursday morning, the state's tally for COVID-19 has spiked to 535. Out of the 34 new cases, 32 persons are from Peren and one each from Kohima and Dimapur.
The new cases were declared as positive out of 226 samples that were sent for testing. The number of active cases now stands at 353 and number of recovered cases at 182.
Taking to Twitter, health minister S Pangnyu Phom tweeted: "Update! 34 new positive cases of COVID-19 have been detected out of 226 samples tested.
