Guwahati: A day after a person from Kokrajhar district, with travel history to Cooch Behar district in West Bengal, tested positive for COVId-19, another man from Cachar district found infected with the novel coronavirus. With this, the total number of COVID-19 cases in Assam now stands at 45, said Assam health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Taking to Twitter to announce the development, Sarma tweeted: "Alert ~ One person from Cachar dist has tested positive for #COVID19.

* Death 1
