Renowned Kannada actor and writer Bhargavi Narayan passed away at the age of 83 on Monday. The veteran actor was suffering from age-related illnesses. Narayan’s family informed that she had pledged her body which has been donated to St.John’s Hospital in survived by two children, Sudha Belawadi and Prakash Belawadi.

Bhargavi Narayan was married to Belavadi Nanjundaiah Narayanan and is survived by two children Sudha Belawadi and Prakash Belawadi. She was also the grandmother of Samyukta Hornad.

“My grandma, Bhargavi Narayan, Ajji Bhajji to all, passed away at around 7.30 pm this evening, 14/2/2022. The body will be kept at our family home – Greenroom, 276/C, 37th A Cross, 8th Block Jayanagar, till 11 AM tomorrow, 15th Feb,” she wrote on Instagram sharing a picture of her grandmother.

The Kannada actor had performed in several films and also did Kannada theatre. Hanthakana Sanchu, Pallavi Anupallavi, Baa Nalle and Eradu Kanadu were some of the films she was known for her roles in, alongside her roles in TV series like Mukta and Manthana.
