Educational Qualification and Eligibility Criteria for NESFB job vacancy

Chief Treasury Officer: (Post: 1)

Qualification: Graduation in Finance or equivalent.PGDM/ MBA from a Tier 2 or 3 college/ CA strongly preferred)

Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience with minimum 7-8 in Banking or Financial Institutions/services with a thorough understanding of markets, hedging, investments, bank account management, and internal funds flow.

Job Location: Head Office Guwahati, Assam.

Head-Internal Audit (Post: 1)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant mandatory with other allied qualifications

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in banks or financial institutions with at least 4-5 years in internal audit/risk/compliance.

Location: Head Office Guwahati, Assam.

Head-IT Applications (Post: 1)

Qualification: BBA/B. Tech/BSc (Computer Science/ IT) or equivalent
(PGDM/MBA/M. Tech from a Tier 2 college preferred)

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with at least 3-4 years in the Banking Industry in similar profile. Should have team managing experience for 1-2 years

Location: Head Office Guwahati, Assam.

Zonal Head (A Zone Comprises Of 3-4 Clusters ) (Post: 5)

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. PG Diploma in Management preferred

Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in banking with at least 3 years as a Cluster/Zonal/Area/Region Head or equivalent in other Banks.
Shall be responsible for looking after a minimum of 20 Bank branch offices and approximately 200 staff members. Shall be responsible for overall business growth (both Asset and Liability), Recovery & NPA Management as well as People Management

Location: Across North East States & as deemed fit by Management from time to time.

Cluster Business Manager (A Cluster Comprises Of 6-8 Branches ) (Post: 22)

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. PG Diploma in Management preferred

Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales/branch operations. Should possess excellent knowledge of banking products & processes with team handling experience.
Preference will be on leadership quality in leading a team of 75-100 staff members

Location: Across North East States & as deemed fit by Management from time to time.

Branch Head (Post: 13)

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. PG Diploma in Management preferred

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Branch Operations with good knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements in banking.Should be responsible for overall branch performance both Asset and Liability as well as Recovery for which knack of leading from the front as well as a 360-degree view of branch operations is required.

Location: Across North East States & as deemed fit by Management from time to time.

Area Credit Manager (Post: 17)

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. PG Diploma in Management/Finance preferred

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in credit underwriting and credit administration. Will be responsible for overall underwriting of proposals within the geographical jurisdiction. Also will be responsible for credit administration relating to portfolio management.

Location: Across North East States & as deemed fit by Management from time to time.

Credit Executive (Post: 17)

Qualification: Graduation in Finance or equivalent from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of credit underwriting. Primary responsibility will be communication of credit queries, observation to branches, coordinating between different stakeholders, preparing Credit appraisal memo, and presenting the case to Area Credit Manager

Location: Across North East States & as deemed fit by Management from time to time.
