Guwahati: The first phase of polling for 47 constituencies of the Assam Legislative Assembly is underway while maintaining all COVID-19 protocols.
The first voter at the model polling station in Batadraba was welcomed with a gamusa and a plant sapling, while PwD voter was greeted with a gamusa at a model polling station in Rupohi, Nagaon district.
