Guwahati: With the need to remind every rider on road safety, Assam Bikers in collaboration with Set Wet, Marico’s male grooming and styling master brand, organised its third episode of biking campaign called #SetWetGo at JB Law College in Guwahati on Thursday.

Assam Bikers is one of the most prominent and biggest biking communities of Northeast India.

The campaign witnessed hectic activity among college students with many of them participating in various biking activities such as inflating tyres and getting practically exposed to handle emergency situations.

Gaurav Pratim Dey, coordinator of Assam Bikers, told EastMojo, “We, the brothers of Assam Bikers, have been promoting road safety and this has been our agenda for long. Even if we indulge in styling, we wear our helmets, we wear our gear and proper uniform and then we ride safe. This has always been our motto.”

With the successful completion of its first and second episodes at Gauhati University and University of Science and Technology Meghalaya (USTM) in Meghalaya, respectively, the campaign has been initiating interactions with the youth of Northeast, especially college-goers who have the power to influence others on road safety.
