Assam Class X board exam results: here’s how to check

Results will be displayed on the official website of Board of Secondary Education, Assam at 9 am on Wednesday

Guwahati: The Board of Secondary Education, Assam, commonly known as SEBA, is all set to announce the results for the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examinations 2019 and Assam High Madrassa Examination 2019 on Wednesday.

As per a statement by SEBA, the Class X board exam results will be made available by 9 am on its official websites: http://resultsassam.nic.in/ and http://results.sebaonline.org.

A total of 3,42,702 candidates appeared for the HSLC exams at 857 centres, while 9,441 appeared for the Assam High Madrassa Examination 2019.

Candidates can also check their results both in the online and offline methods and for the first time in state, the results can also be checked through a mobile application i.e, “SEBA RESULT 2019” . The app, which is available in Google Play, is a first-of-its-kind initiative taken up by the Examination Control Board.

The board has also lined up a list of several other websites where candidates can check their results this year:

results.sebaonline.org; resultsassam.nic.in; www.examresults.net; www.examresults.net/assam/; www.indiaresults.com; exametc.com; iresults.net; yesresult.com; www.assam.shiksha; www.assamonline.in; assamjobalerts.com; and assamresult.in.

Apart from these, candidates can also check their results through SMS. BSNL users can SMS to 57766 with the format: SEBA19 <space> <roll number> . For example, if a candidate's Roll is B19-025 and No is 0123, then type SEBA19 0250123 and send to 57766.

Meanwhile, all officers-in-charge of the exam centres have been ordered to collect the packets containing results summary of state along with complete results in CD, marks sheet and pass certificates, etc, of the candidates from the office of the inspector of schools concerned by 7 am on Wednesday.

Further, candidates intending to get their evaluated answer scripts re-checked will have to apply through the SEBA's online portal https://sebaonline.org and click on the link "RE-CHECKING OR PHOTOCOPY WITH RE-CHECKING OF ANSWER SCRIPTS". The online portal will be activated from May 17 and will be open till May 31.
