Domestic flights between Guwahati to Pasighat will operate on three days of the week -- Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday -- depending upon the weather

Itanagar: The domestic flights from Guwahati in Assam to Pasighat in Arunachal Pradesh will resume from May 28 and are scheduled to operate three days a week — Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday — depending upon the weather conditions, said a letter from East Siang deputy commissioner Kinny Singh.

The letter also said that all the inter-state returnees will be sent to compulsory institutional quarantine at destination district, as per the standard operating procedure.

Facility quarantine allotment will be done on the basis of permanent identity proof. Halting at Pasighat town is strictly prohibited, it said.

Passengers from Western Arunachal will have to contact, M Nyori on the airport helpline number 8974917480, whereas passengers from Eastern Arunachal have to register themselves on the WhatsApp helpline number 7641028636 at least 24 hours prior to the travel in coordination with Nancy Yirang, the letter said.
